You have to get a BS-17 or above officer (who is not a blood relative) to guarantee a surety bond of PKR 500,000 should you decide to leave work for ANY reason within 5 years from joining date. You'll need to produce this on a Rs.200 stamp paper which should be stamped by a notary public. In addition, you will also need the cnic copy of the officer who guarantees a bond for you. (Basically, a surety bond from an officer is meant to retrieve damages should you run away from work tomorrow and refuse to pay)
