Your profile picture is showing up in your profile. To display your picture with your posts you have to set avatar.
Go to User CP ---> Edit Avatar ---> Select "Custom Avatar" ---> Upload picture from your computer or enter the URL of the picture hosted on some other website --->Save changes.
