Nope! you are not eligible for Mphil allowance (No MS/MBA or 18 years qualification) since it's not written on your degree (sic). Yes, according to HEC its' equivalent to MS/Mphil: government or precisely finance division has different view. It's irony of fate that many of us studied for same years to get MBA as any other Mphil degree holder; yet they are class apart.
