By CE-20's cut-off (31st Dec 2019) you'll be 29 years 4 months 0 days old and it will be your last chance without age relaxation claimed.

So you have CE-18, CE-19 and CE-20 at your disposal.

And there is no such proposal to decrease age limit so don't worry about that part.
