Finance- Its JD is related to finnance, accounts and investment. Dealing with banks, accounting entries, internal audit, initiation & processing investmwnts etc
Operations- it completely different from finance in the following.
It is a field job.
Requires to visit elligible companies for registration with EOBI and for monthly contribution.
Both posts have different cadres and seniority
