Please visit the beginer guide section of the forum for basic guideline. It will help you alot.
Age limit for css is 30 years. I hope you can calculate your status now.
For subject selection, shorlist the subject you have studied in past from the subject list issued by FPSC. Go through their syllabus and past papers and finalise them on the basis of your aptitude and ease.
If you still find any ambiguity, please ask specifically to get an appropriate answer.
