For Sociology, its 'an introduction to sociology' by 'abdul hameed taga', for pak affairs, buy 'trek to pakistan' or 'pakistan studies' by 'ikram rabbani'. For 'current affairs', dawn newspaper is best but if you want book, there is a teacher in NOA named Sir Farid khan, his book is good but you can only buy his book from NOA Islamabad or NOA Raswalpindi otherwise dawn paper and news reading is enough.
