A country is backward because it's people are backward.
Thesis statement:-
“A developed country is recognized by the human resources and human development while backward lacks aforementioned essentials”-
1-Introduction:-
a) A country similar to state does not come out of an oak or rock but from the character of men who dwell in them.
b) People are guiding principles in leading the country.
2- Why country is backward?
a) Constitutions and laws are made by the body of the people
b) They constitutes economical and social policies
c) They form the government
d) People develop relations with other countries
e) People fight the cases on International forum
f) They outline the educational policies
g) If people are backward then above mentioned policies are bound to fail subsequently lead the country to the brink of disaster.
3- How to make a country developed by human resources?
a) Training the youth
b) Political and civic education
c) Technical courses be included in education
d) Halting the brain-drain
e) Reforming the education system and attaining the universal education for all
f) Promoting the gender equality as they constitute 50 pc of the population
g) Raising awareness regarding social issues through NGOs/INGO’s
