Salam to everyone!

I have opted for statistics as on of my optionals. I took a course of it during my last degree but only about probability and few distributions.

I have been suggested by someone that Bsc books by Sher Muhammad Chaudry are enough for prep. Can anyone on help me in this regard to recommend books?

Also from where can I get some material about Application of Statistics in various fields as it is not given in Chaudry's books.
