I am a govt employee. I have BS (4 years) degree equivalent to Masters (16 years). I want to pursue MS/Mphil or and 18 years degree to be eligible for MS/Mphil allowance. I need advice for choosing program/uni which can offer full course work degree means exemption of thesis.
