i was reading in the css section of this forum that csp are offered to study complete degrees in foreign universities lasting 3-4 years!!!

is such facility or policy existing in sindh provincial government service? do sindh govt servents go abraod for trainings or degree completion etc?

what is the policy regarding this issue if it exists ?
