I doubt they will recheck the papers, the most they will do is recount or re-total your existing marks, anyhow i applied for it, its free and all you need to do is submit an application at the along with a copy of NIC and PMS related details.

I have heard that you cant look at your papers under RTI anymore as the commission has been excluded from RTI.

The only route i see through which one can get the papers rechecked is if one can somehow prove in court that the papers have been checked in an unfair way.
