There are 3 memebers in panel mostly sometimes 5 members.
U should prepare a brief and impressive introduction of yourself.
In panel some members will be from cooperative society department so they will ask questions about nature of jobs and duties of sub inspector .
There is also a general knowledge portion.
Try to stay calm during interview and make ur face smiley.
