i totally agree with you.. one of my friends got 762 marks in PMS written exams and failed to meet the merit. he was really very hopeful after the interview, but he only got 112 marks in the interview and everything was finished for him.. can you believe out of 30 candidates in fsd.. no one got allocation in PMS-2016.. while 8 of them failed in the interview. this chairman loves to give surprises
