If there are enough candidates to fill the seats for AJK with as much cash banking experience as mentioned in advertisement, they will reject you no matter how high your test marks are or how high your interview scores are. In fact, selecting you over any other candidate whose interview went bad compared to yours but fulfills the requirements of jobs as advertised, would be a travesty of merit.
