I appreciate you for thinking about taking CSS exams.
The last date for submission of forms for 2018 shall be 31 October(not confirm yet).
According to me you should apply for CE-2018 by appending your result of seventh semester. There is great chance that fpsc would consider you because of long cycle of CSS. There are many candidates who apply by sending incomplete documents. Moreover, you can confirm this by calling FPSC office or you can visit, in-person, to FPSC Islamabad. However, i would recommend applying this year- one of my friends sent his documents, despite of being incomplete
, he is now CSP.
