However, this age relaxation shall be subject to (a) full justification in support of the proposal; and (b) a certificate to the effect that no eligible candidates within the prescribed age limits are/ were available. The certificate shall be provided by the concerned department. Minimum age limit, however, cannot be relaxed in any case.
Thank you for your response. Still two questions. First, which areas are considered as backward? Second, what is the rule for general candidates who are not employed, not disable and do not belong to backward areas ?
