During service, staff unions put enormous pressure on administration through strikes not only to raise their salaries but also cause hurdles in new recruitment by demanding the promotions of senior employees. Same mentality remains alive even after retirement and they start to demand increase in pension. I hope that the Hon'ble Chief Justice of IHC will order EOBI to settle the pension dispute and complete the process of recruitment as soon as possible in the best interest of justice. The careers of candidates can't be put at stake.
