FBR me salaries dosray departments ki tarah hain sirf 2 allowances extra salary me add hotay hain.

1. FBR Incentive Allowance.
2. FBR Performance Allowance. (its also called Double Basic Pay but now in these days its freeze on the Basic Pay Scale of 2011)

After appointment first salary se hi FBR Incentive Allowance milta hai lekin FBR performance Allowance k liye Test / Interview dena hota hai jis me pass hone k baad ye allowance salary me add hota hai.

UDC ki Salary approximately 23,000/= starting hogi but after adding performance allowance its may be approximately 30,000/= to 32,000/=.
