What is latest about pms 2017 ? When is pms going to be announced ? Is there any possibility of increase in number of seats ?
It is going to be my last chance. I dont want to waste my attempt on meager 10-15 seats. I have already failed to secure allocation twice in pms 2015 and 2016.
