New chairman will be appointed in november so it is very unlikely that pms exams are going to held in december.
If chairman is appointed early in november then exam may be conducted in late december.
If it is not conducted by december then we may witness stay orders and petitions regarding age relaxtion. It is a total mess. Every thing is being put on hault.
