Due to some events in my personal life I find myself unemployed and have decided to use this opportunity to sit in the CSS exam. I realize that there are only 4 months remaining but where there's will, there is a way.

The purpose of this thread is not to act as an expert on CSS prep or give tips. I only intend to share whatever methods I use for my preparation in the hope that someone else can benefit from my experience.

Right now I am busy creating a timetable so I know how much I have to study per week. I plan to finish the whole syllabus till the end of December. It is indeed a lot to do in such a short time frame but if I find it hard, I will have to start leaving out topics and study smarter.

My Background: I am an engineer by profession.

Books:
As people always ask which books one is using, I must admit I don't have much clue which books I should use. I have bought a few and will post here if I find them useful.
