They don't send any confirmation of submission of hard copy but acknowledgement of online submission is sent on your email address.

You may use TCS as courier option as it provides online tracking of your shipment. You will know yourself when your application reaches Islamabad.

By hand submission might be possible if your are close to FPSC Head Office.
