Technically you were a screening qualified candidate and this list is of those candidates who qualified screening test, that is why your name is mentioned in this list.

But you didn't appear in the written exam and SC verdict clearly states that re-exam of CCE-2013 is to be conducted from only 2813 candidates who appeared in written exam held in April 2015.

So you did not appear in written exam of CCE-2013 that is why you will not allowed to take re-exam of CCE-2013.
