Capital goods are those goods that are used in further production. The underlying concept is that they are never offered to the final consumer for consumption or else they will be called finished/consumer goods.

As far as the option manufactured good is concerned, it is wrong..a capital can exist in manufactured or in any other form.....For eg: computer storage chips are manufactured but are used further for manufacturing central procesing units(CPU), therefore chips are capital goods.
