i want to ask that i have attempted css examination in 2017 and did not clear the exams so could i apply in PMS KPK.

can a persons who have given three chances of css could also try their luck in PMS KPK. or is there any rule that these persons who have appeared in css cannot apply in PMS.

when the exams of 2018 PMS will start.

Advertisement 5/2017 and adv 10/2017 both are PMS or are they different. they Have same sllyabus and same papers.

please answer my queries m waiting for the reply.
