Yes! You can. Photocopy that deed on a stampt paper of any value (Rs. 30, 50 or 100), fill that up with the witnesses' particulars and sign it in front of an Oath Commissioner. That Oath Commissioner will properly register the deed with a phtocopy kept for his record, to be returned to the relevant quarters. Here, you're done. Congrats and good luck!
