Default Age relaxation - exact calculation
If someone joins a government job at 30th Dec and therefore his/her experience on cut-off date (31 Dec) becomes exact 2 years . Is it possible for him to claim age relaxation for CSS?

Simply, if there are certain leaves availed by the employee even during this 2 years of service, will that affect the calculation for claiming age relaxation for CSS?

Seniors throw light on this issue please.
