I was facing the same problem this morning but after several tries i successfully applied .. Ignore the right to left 9 digit bracket, simply select your post/title, select jazzcash option and Just enter the 12 digit TID you received in the sms starting from 00. If it didn't work try again eliminating first 2 digits (00).
