kindly,seniors guide me well if there is any mistake in my precis.people in this group, make me confuse by giving their different arguments.some said precis should be in past tense some said its in a same tense as used in original passage. after lots of research on it, i confirmed its in a indirect sense and same tense as used in a original passage like if direct sense in a present and future tense then indirect will also in present and future sense there is no changing. only direct sense of past changed indirect sense.
