By 31st Dec 2019[CE-20], you'll be 31 years 11 months 30 days old [1 day will be left for you to turn 32] hence it will be your last chance with age relaxation claimed[as you mentioned you are in service].

So yes you have CE-19 and CE-20 at your disposal.
