not true at all. letters are still in transit due to fog on some routes as mentioned on TCS website. for instance check these 2 shipment numbers. 30196780222, and 30196780300 on http://www.tcscouriers.com/pk/Tracking/Default.aspx these people might be thinking the same way as you are but in fact they have made it but they don't know... so, stay hopeful.
