My suggestion to you bro... people usually opt for NBP for good salary package and grading which you are already having. so it makes no sense to jump to NBP. Also, MCB comes under big 4 banks of pakistan from where you can jump to any bank with 30-35% raise and one level up in Grading.but if joined NBP you may not be able to jump to other bank with such raise. you will be treated as trainee and a contractual employee. your CV will also be affected which you might not be able to justify in your interviews. no provident fund will be accumulated. Permanent employees are more secure.

so this kind of position is better for people either having little experience or low salary, not for people who are already having a good career track with same benefits. Hope this helps....
