I agree with Mr. Perfectionist and endorse what he has pointed out. SPSC should increase upper age limit up to 5 years. Competent candidates, i believe, should not worry about upper age limit. If they are really competent, they will qualify it.

I will definitely support legal course of action against this advertisement and help whosoever running the legal campaign.
