Hello friends, In the list of documents required, 7(a) and 7(b) are character certificates.
I have questions about both subcategories, kindly seniors are requested to guide me through:
In 7(a) which official of university should be requested ton announce the character certificate? Should it be Controller of Examination, VC, Dean of Faculty/Department or any other?

In 7(b) two persons are asked to issue character certificate. So, should there be two separate certificates (from each person) or single certificate (with signature of both people)?
