Yes initially I thought it is the same DPC that is available at homepage of spsc website on left side but it wasn't mention the length of service. However I find it from the downloads with pcs optional form it's form no 2 and I downloaded it in Word form to edit it as per my requirement.

Regarding age relaxation my uncle has sent me a letter that's marked to chairman spsc and is directed to relax age further 2 years in every category.. But I still doubt the veracity of letter wait until tomorrow but I personally it may have been relaxed
