It seems merit will b atleast on 70. Usually 5 candidates for 1 seat is followed in govt jobs. And apparantly it seems there are more than 15 candidates above 70. So, if they go like that 70 will be minimum threshhold.
However, those who have been called for interviews of AD electronics or vigilence may be in better position to tell us how many candidates are being called.
