Here goes my story: SSC 553/850 (HUMANITIES), HSSC 639/1100, BA 322/550, MA 704/1100 & MPhil 3.4/4. But I still applied and that's my second chance... During my last stint, although I qualified the test but couldn't secure this fellowship. So, what do you think of my situation kid? Just slap the fact on my face irrespective of how discourteous it might look lol.
First thing is that life is not limited to this fellowship, there are many more things we can get even with this revolting qualification. You are better than me as you have 1st division in your last degrees. As for as your chances of getting this fellowship is concerned, it depends on you AEF and your hard work for the upcoming test. I think your AEF will be around 40( tell exact in your post). It means you grabbed 20+ marks. if cuttoff for your field is suppose 60 then you need 80 marks in test to get this scholarship. Your english is good, you need to work hard for Quantitative and Analytical.
