2019's attempt will be my 1st and last attempt due to age factor.
FSP is my targeted group but stats show that kashmiris hardly get it.
i'm not sure if i should make a domicile of kashmir or punjab, can make any of these but with kashmir i may claim age relaxation....also wanted to ask when group distributions are announced according to domicile, before or after the exam?
any guidance will be appreciated
