There was a question regarding ECO Summit held in February 2018.
Well, the ECO Summit was not held in February 2018 because it was cancelled. The Summit which held in Islamabad was last year 2017.
I don't remember whether the 13th Summit was mentioned, but still it was held in March 2017.
