Actually I ended up calling Lahore, Karachi, Quetta and Peshawar offices since no one wants to answer from Islamabad "head quarters". So, guy who answered from Quetta FPSC office said "there is no need to get the equivalence certificate for High school. It is only for people who don't have a domicile certificate." Since it made no sense I ended up calling Peshawar and the Peshawar guy said that "take your High school transcripts and diploma to IBCC office and get the equivalence certificate."

So, now I am getting my brother to mail me documents from US so I can get the equivalence certificate for High school.

If you have a foreign university degree then you have to take it to HEC office and get a equivalence certificate. It might take up to two months to get it. My 3rd week has started and still nothing lol. This is what FPSC rules PDF says about foreign degree holders: "The matter as to which foreign degree is comparable and equivalent to corresponding Pakistani degree shall be decided by HEC. Therefore, an equivalence certificate issued by HEC maybe attached with application form."

I suggest going over rules pdf and also "essential documents required by FPSC."

May the document Gods be in your favor buddy and hope you can turn everything in by 15th November.

All the best!
