I'm already govt serving officer in BS-17, which I don't find it challenging, dynamic and progressive that's why I have been wondering these day to switch departments following proper channel. Moreover, unattractive perks and packages are among those reasons.

Coming to point, I would appreciate someone who don't mind sharing the gross / net salary of Assistant Director (Investigation, FIA) recently advertised in this month and especially the allowances added in your salary slip.
