(3) Candidates of Azad Jammu and Kashmir shall produce domicile certificate alongwith permanent residence certificate along with the application forms issued by the Division to which business of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir stands allocated duly signed by an officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary in support of his claim. No such certificates shall be accepted at any later stage.
