Notification (CM No. 4243 of 2018), by the Islamabad High Court, Writ Petition No. 129/2017: "Through the instant application, the applicants seeks the withdrawal of the instant writ petition. For reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Consequently, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn" (verbatim).
This order was passed in the proceedings of the said WP on 15-10-2018.
