Military courts are devoid of the established democratic legal process to hold a trial and issue verdicts in favour or against an accused. The reasons lie in the non-involvement of judges and voices of masses. The establishment of the mlitary courts in Pakistan was a conseuquence of the APS attack, the parliament submitted itself to endorsing the amendment 21 to establish military courts, which have hitherto sentences as many as 324 death penalties since its re-creation in 2015. Due to lack of any judicial process, civil society suspicions, and unidentification of suspects make the military courts' establishment dubious.
This is what I all know about the military courts
