Not sure about syllabus, but most of the NTS Tests include Pakistan Affairs, Current Affairs, Basic Arithmetic, English, Islamiyat and a bit of General Science. English, Maths and Islamiat often comprise 20%/each of the entire syllabus as per my experience.
