These instructions are for the general recruitment as far as i know. For CCE 2019 post graduate degree is not required and how can we submit an 'Option Form showing the choice of posts/service in order of preference' when we dont know anything about the posts they are offering?

I think it would be safe to just send the required documents that were needed for CCE-2018.
