I just did some quick research and found that she would be eligible for CSS once she has attained her degree.
CSS requires an HEC-approved bachelor's degree, whether that is privately attained or not does not matter.
Secondly, the subjects she chooses do not have any bearing on the job category. She is allowed to choose any subject she wishes from the pre-defined groups for subjects and later rank occupational groups as she wishes.
