Has any one in this forum applied for the Young Development Fellowship Program? Any information when will the Ministry intimate 'shortlisted applicants' for interview?

The applications were advertised on December 16th; whereas the deadline was December 31st - as per 15 days closing period estimate.

Any leads in this regard will be appreciated.
