I do not know why are you referring this purely department based recruitment connected with NTS, I've already explained the process in the earlier post.

As far as recruitment of retd officers as ADs or any other post is concerned, it is a SOP that once officer retd cannot re-join as a uniformed officer instead inducted as a civilian on contract. Its a norm upon which you do not need to waste your energies brother.

This PASB jobs nothing to do with NTS and the current process of MoD. To announce AD general cadre positions is prerogative of the organization, as and when they require they will advertise and hire according to the requirements. Hope this will suffice this time....
